Historically, I have worked with many clients with backs prone to injury and tight shoulders and tight hip flexors and various aches and pains.
I have a range of session, from beginners classes to more advance sessions and for those with specific goals or injuries, individual sessions.
Pilates for Improving Strength & Balance
Ideal if you want to move with ease, reduce stiff joints and general aches and prevent injury. Instructor will pair you with a client of similar ability.
Instructor clearly explains every exercise and assists you through the movement so that you feel safe and supported. Gradually build your strength, improve your balance and confidence thus finding daily activities like gardening easier.
